No need to call. Order through our website or download the Romeo's app (available for Apple devices and Google phones). You can access our entire menu, including descriptions and photos, online. You also can easily modify your order through the system, or leave specific requests or instructions. You can even create a saved list of your favourite items for quick and easy reordering.
Using the online system also allows you to track your order. So you will know exactly when it is available for pickup or when the delivery driver is on the way to your home.
Ordering online also allows you to avoid extra fees and service charges associated with third-party delivery apps. And, if there are any issues with your order, you can contact us directly to resolve it.

COVID PRECAUTIONS
Online ordering is a safe alternative to in-person dining during the COVID-19 epidemic. Currently, there are no confirmed cases in Canada of COVID-19 spreading through food. Health experts agree that the virus does not grow on food, like bacteria does. We prepare our food based on the safest industry standards, so there is very low danger of contracting the virus.
Experts also agree that the biggest risk of spreading the virus is through person-to-person contact. We offer contactless delivery and require our drivers to maintain a two-metre distance from customers. We also ensure that they use face masks and gloves at all times while handling the packaging.
To be extra safe, take all the regular precautions you would for any type of delivery. You can transfer your food to your own plates and thoroughly wash your hands after handling the packaging.
